About the Presenters

Jim Hacking


Jim Hacking has practiced law in the greater St. Louis area since 1997. Since 2007, Jim’s practice has been devoted almost exclusively to immigration law. Jim handles spouse & employment visas, citizenship, asylum and deportation cases. Jim applies his litigation skills to his immigration practice, successfully litigating numerous cases involving naturalization and green card delays. Jim has a wife who is also his law partner and four children.

Tyson Mutrux


Tyson Mutrux is the managing partner of Mutrux Finney, P.C. in St. Louis, Missouri. Mutrux Finney, P.C. is uniquely qualified to handle Personal Injury Litigation cases in Missouri and Illinois. Tyson’s previous positions include clerkships with the St. Louis County Prosecutor’s Office, the Hammer Law Firm, and Dunne, Koenig, & Green. Tyson co-hosts the Maximum Lawyer podcast with Jim Hacking.




Mitch Jackson


Mitch Jackson enjoys combining law, social media, and technology to disrupt, hack, and improve his clients' companies, causes, and professional relationships. He's an award-winning 2013 California "Litigation Lawyer of the Year" who speaks around the country about social media and recently shared tips at Tony Robbin's Business Mastery Event before an audience of 2,000.


Mitch is an early adopter of live video and has appeared on shows with Katie Couric, Anderson Cooper, Seth Godin and Gary Vaynerchuk. He's been profiled at Inc.com and was named by Mashable as one of the top 50 influencers to follow on Snapchat.

Joey Vitale is passionate about helping creatives succeed and giving them peace of mind. After years of litigating on behalf of businesses in the midst of conflicts, Joey now focuses his practice on keeping businesses out of the courtroom in the first place. His practice Indie Law specifically focuses on entity formation, trademarks, copyrights, website agreements, and other basic legal documents.







Wayne Pollock


Wayne Pollock is Founder and Managing Attorney of Copo Strategies, a national legal services and communications firm that helps attorneys and clients manage media interest and public interest in those clients’ legal disputes. Wayne launched Copo after spending more than a decade achieving favorable legal results and public relations results for his clients. Prior to launching Copo, Wayne was a senior litigation associate at an Am Law 50 law firm. Before that, he was a public relations practitioner at a one-time Advertising Age "Top 100" marketing communications firm.

William Eadie


Nursing Home Abuse Lawyer William Eadie is a business and marketing nerd who earned his MBA in entrepreneurship while in law school. He launched his own firm with a partner in February, 2017, and was finally able to put his marketing ideas to work. The law firm's website properties have dominated search results in mere months without back-link building. Will loves collaborating with other lawyers to break the stale attorney marketing mold. 








Gary Burger


Gary Burger is a personal injury trial lawyer and founder of Burger Law. Gary devotes his practice to helping injury victims and their families, providing financial recovery and protecting the future of those injured, and making our community safer through advocacy and volunteer work. Gary is proud to have been chosen as a Superlawyer and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. When He's not spending time with his three children you can find him scuba diving, his favorite hobby.

Chelsey Lambert


Chelsey Lambert's career includes building law firm technology products such as case management software, lead generation tools, and an IOLTA compliant payment processing system. She has experience in consulting, operating her own practice, serving as a Practice Management Advisor, in-house technology trainer, and speaker for the Chicago Bar Association serving it’s over 22,000 members. Her materials are tailored to address the challenges and concerns of the solo or small firm practicing attorney.

Morris Lilienthal


The son of a judicial assistant for a district court judge, Morris Lilienthal grew up around the courthouse and quickly developed a passion for the law. He is a 2003 graduate of Cumberland School of Law where he finished in the top fifth of his class. While at Cumberland, Morris served as president of Cumberland College Democrats and was on the Moot Court board. An avid sports fan, Morris enjoys playing and watching sports when not practicing law.
